Stick to the rest periods provided! Some will be larger than others but that's all part of the plan!
Most exercises have a range of reps (e.g. 8-12). This means you should pick a weight that you can get 12 reps with in the first set!
Remember, good technique should come above all else! So, if you feel your technique slipping, don't be afraid to decrease the weight slightly!
